Jennifer (Jen) Decker is a dedicated psychometrist with over four years of experience administering, scoring, and reporting achievement and psychological assessments. She received her masters degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.  She is passionate about working one-on-one with individuals to better understand how they learn and how to support their educational growth.

Jen believes every person has unique strengths and tremendous potential. By identifying both strengths and areas for growth, she helps provide meaningful insights that empower individuals to thrive academically and personally.

Outside of her professional work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and four children and exploring the outdoors through hiking.
